According to the lunar calendar, aligning with the moon's phases. The idea is that cutting hair during specific moon phases influences its growth. During the waxing moon, cutting is believed to promote growth, while during the waning moon, it's thought to slow growth, giving you control over the pace.
  • Trimming for Hair Health
Scientific Information: Regular hair trims help prevent split ends and breakage, contributing to the appearance of thicker hair. However, the impact of moon phases on hair growth lacks strong scientific evidence.
  • Hormonal Balance
Hormonal imbalances can affect hair health. Ensure hormonal balance through a healthy lifestyle, including regular exercise and a well-balanced diet. conditions like PCOS cause from imbalance blood sugar can lead to thinning hair.
