Kira is a degree qualified Naturopath specialising in gut health + women's health. Her treatment approach is centred around identifying + treating the root causes of her clients health concerns, using comprehensive naturopathic case-taking, functional testing + blood work diagnostics. Kira strongly focuses on supporting her clients with simple solutions to help them reclaim their health & feel better in their body.

- Complex gut issues: IBS, IBD, constipation, food sensitivities, & reflux etc. with metagenomics gut testing
- Complex Vaginal + Genitourianry conditions (Thrush, B.V. U.TIs)

Sandi Ross is the founder of Her Earth Medicine and a degree-qualified naturopath and Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner with over 15 years of clinical experience. She holds a Master of Health Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine, a Bachelor of Health Science in Complementary Medicine, and advanced diplomas in naturopathy, nutrition, and herbal medicine.
She has completed advanced training in gut health, vaginal microbiome, and integrative gynaecology, including Leah Hechtman’s Intimate Ecology mentorship. Sandi has lectured at university level for over six years and worked internationally, offering both clinical care and pro bono support to underserved communities.
Sandi combines traditional herbal medicine with functional testing to treat the root cause of illness. Her clinical focus includes complex gut conditions, hormonal imbalances, perimenopause, fertility, and hormonal cancers such as breast and prostate cancer. Her approach is warm, evidence-based, and always tailored to the individual.

Our naturopaths specialise in gut health, combining advanced functional testing with an traditional medicine perspective to offer a truly integrative approach. We use the most advanced technology available in testing to uncover root causes and tailor treatment with precision. Passionate about gut health, we stay at the forefront of the latest research to ensure our clients receive the most up-to-date and personalised care.
NATUROPATHIC ONCOLOGY
In conjunction with medical intervention, Naturopathic Oncology integrates current research and advanced natural medicine modalities to support the body no matter where you are in your treatments. Sandi clinical expertise is on breast, prostate and bowel cancer. All Oncology appointments are now run via tele-health and these are to be booked with Sandi (not any other practitioner)
Traditional Eastern medicine meets Functional Naturopathic Medicine in one place - functional testing such gut microbiome, DNA, hair tissue for heavy metals and minerals plus hormone testing - combined with ancient wisdom.
